CATHERINE'S MEDITATION & YOGA

Catherine became a certified yoga teacher in the winter of 2016. She specializes in vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. She also specializes in guided meditations for those suffering from anxiety and depression.
